As a very strict policy, only qualified teachers who have been additionally vetted for teaching ability are employed by the school. A student teacher ratio of 9:1, which is one of the lowest in the country, is the norm. Continuous in-house training and workshops are regular features.

Qualified Special Education teachers who undergo periodic re-training help those with learning difficulties. For the accelerated and excellence programs, a dedicated team of teachers well-versed in competitive exams are available all through the year, even during holidays.
